Hello! I am looking for 2 roommates to fill 2 rooms in my beautiful Bed-Stuy apartment. The rent for each room is $775. They are similar in size and layout with enough room for a full/queen bed and a desk, plus large closets that can fit an additional dresser, and great sunlight. I am looking for a June 15th or July 1st move-in and a commitment until the end of the lease, which is Oct 31st, with a possible option to renew. See below for apartment and neighborhood specs along with roommate requirements.

• 4 bedrooms, 2 baths (one bath with standing shower, the other with deep-soaking tub)
• Stainless steel appliances including fridge, dishwasher, and stove
