- Non-smoking apartment (I don’t care if you smoke personally, but not in the apartment bc of my own health issues)
- No pets, sorry
- Guarantor welcomed
- $1146 security deposit along with first months rent at start of lease

You: preferably mid 20s to early 30s. LGBTQ friendly. Must be respectful and considerate of common spaces, noise levels, and cleaning up after yourself

The roommates: both a good mix of homebodies and loving to go out in the city

Me: 26, originally from MD but have been here for 4 years. Currently working in legal investigations (in person, WFH once a week). Into pole fitness, travel, makeup, plants, and exploring the many things the city has to offer

Lauren: 24, a Midwest native who graduated from Howard University and now works in the luxury beauty industry (hybrid; 3 days in-person). Loves exploring the city, pilates, mixing music, and indulging in all things self-care
