Hi - I am looking for one roommate for a 1 year lease.
It's a luxury building @200 Water Street in the Financial District, with arguably the best views of the Brooklyn Bridge and upper Manhattan from both the rooftop and each bedroom within the apartment.
The building is gorgeous and modern with a Doorman, laundry room, lounge area (that has a pool table, furniture, and private area for entertaining), grills on the roof with ample space and patio furniture, and an in-building gym. Note: there is NO ADDED AMENITY FEES!
You will enjoy a luxurious stay, with breathtaking views of the East River right from your apartment bedroom (you will be amazed what you wake up to each morning - just see the photos)
I have one available room going for $2215/mo.
The apartment will be semi-furnished, so it will just require you to move your belongings in.
This is an unbeatable deal which will go quickly, so please do not hesitate to ask any questions. Move in date is October 1st or 2nd. We will need you to submit an application to through the Rockrose website and after you are approved we will sign the lease. The monthly rent is split evenly amongst each of us.
