I am renting out a room in my three-bedroom house. The room will not be furnished so you will need to bring your own bed.

The home will be shared by three people. I am 40-year-old male and my roommate is 70-year-old male.

The house is located in northwest Houston on the intersection of Beltway 8 and N. Gessner, it is about five minutes away from Sam Houston Race Park.

- Rent is $575 a month (all utilities included)
- Security deposit required ($300), this is refunded when you move out.
- Wifi internet
- Month to month lease
- Washer and dryer
- Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven
- Shared bathroom
- No overnight guests
- No loud parties
- No smoking in the house, smoking allowed outside only.
- No drugs allowed
- No couples, no kids, no pets.
- Must have a full-time job (no work from home jobs)
