Karmen Y - $1,500/month

I’m from Canada and have recently moved for my new(ish) job in midtown Manhattan but have been stuck somewhere else because of Covid. I’m planning to move to NY around May (flexible depending on my firm’s RTO) so I can finally meet new friends and explore the city. I work in finance so I’m usually pretty busy with work. During my free time, I work out, bake, watch movies, and basically addicted to bars and coffee shops - so I’d love to find roommates who are down to do all that together.

For the apartment - I would prefer a newer/modern building with a lot of natural lights (south-facing windows) and a slightly bigger kitchen.
