Looking for someone to take over my part of the lease in Uptown Dallas. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath but i’m moving for work. My roommate is 24 and has been in Dallas for 3 years and has a golden doodle pup. My part of the rent is $1264.06 not including electric and WIFI. Bonus a large walk-in closet. It’s a great location with parking included, a pool, and a gym all walking to distance to Kylde Warren Park, West Village, and not even a 10 minute walk to the Katy Trail Ice House. I’m also selling some my bedroom furniture if interested! Also the lease goes until September 1 2023.
