Hey there! Just moved out of my apartment so this room is empty and ready to go ASAP for move in. The lease ends 12/1 so you'd be subletting for about 3 months with the opportunity to renew the lease in December :)

Fourth floor Bed-Stuy apartment (4 BR 2 BA). Central heating/cooling, 4br and 2 full baths with two nice, tidy roommates. The rooms are super big and have a closet, high ceilings, and huge windows (view from the window in the last photo). Rent is $850/month/room plus utilities.

Central AC/Heat, full kitchen, exposed brick wall, residential nice area. Convenient to the A train at Utica; the B-26 bus takes you directly to Ridgewood/Bushwick; the B46 and B43 to Williamsburg and Greenpoint. Near bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. My fav restaurants (which I already miss) are Saraghina (SO GOOD), Mama Fox, and Nana Ramen.
