Scot S - $1,200/month

I am 53 years of age and have been divorced for two years. I have two kids that stay with me on the 1st, 3rd and sometimes 5th weekend of each month. I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, I drink on occasion but not on a regular basis. I like to walk and cook, and I attend church on Sunday's. I have am renting a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house in Roanoke, TX. I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms upstairs. The person who would rent this room would also have a bonus room that could be used as a second living room, the person would also have access to one half of the garage and they would also be able to use the bathroom upstairs. They would also have access and be able to use my washer and dryer and have full access to the kitchen.
