Looking for a roommate in my 3 bed/3 bath newer townhouse. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, and my unit backs up against a greenbelt. House is fully furnished aside from the room for rent, with modern appliances, nice furniture, and a fully stocked kitchen. The room for rent is right next to your own full bathroom. Parking is provided and the house is very clean and well-maintained.
