I'm autistic and need a quiet home. No loud noises, no parties, no people hanging out. I need someone who keeps to themselves and doesn't blast their TV or music so loud I can't hear my own TV. I mostly stay in my room on my PC unless I'm cooking, eating, doing laundry, cleaning, etc and would prefer someone similar for a roommate. I have a cat and would prefer if you have a cat friendly dog so she has a friend. She doesn't like other cats but she likes my current roommate's dog and she is going to miss her, they are best buddies. I keep the temp between 69-73F depending on weather and time of day. I have a 800mb/s internet connection that regularly gets even higher around 950mb/s and Hulu and prime both without ads. Apt is fully furnished other than your room. I have most kitchen stuff you might need, nice set of pots and pans and lots of gadgets. I get along with most people, I just need peace and quiet at home
