I'm a 40 year old chef. I don't go out much but I spend a lot of time in my room. I have all kinds of kitchen gadgets and cooking items including a steam oven and Wi-Fi and app enabled multi cooker. I have a computer, tablet, and printer you are welcome to use. I have a cat that is ok with dogs if they are chill but not other cats. I smoke weed indoors and vape indoors. I don't smoke them but I'm ok with cigarettes if outside only. I have most of the streaming services and super fast wifi. 40in TV in your room and 55in TV in the living room. Apt is on the top floor with elevators so no noisy upstairs neighbors. Room is furnished but can be not furnished if you have your own stuff. I'm a really easy going guy, I watch TV, play fortnite, cook, smoke weed, and chill. That's about it.

You would be sharing a 2 bed 2 bath apt with me. I pay all the bills and you just pay me a flat rate of $1000 every month. Gigabit fiber Internet and 7 streaming services included. Bedroom is fully furnished including queen bed with storage headboard, dresser, and a 40 inch TV but I can remove everything if you have your own stuff. Living room and kitchen are shared with me but I spend a lot of time in my room. Private bath fully decked out with towels and everything, even has body wash and shampoo. I have a cat that is friendly with chill dogs but not cats or ankle biters. Washer and dryer are brand new and in the apartment. 420 and vape friendly inside and I can tolerate cigarettes but outside only.
