The condo is in a really quiet awesome building in a safe neighborhood near Gelson’s Market in the best part of West Hollywood. There is a nice park and many amazing restaurants, bars & nightclubs nearby. It is within walking distance to everything & also close to bus stops on the main street Santa Monica Blvd.

Single female condo owner wants 1 or 2 female roommates to share my lovely amazing huge 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo in West Hollywood.

Roommate will have their own large bedroom that is totally furnished with 2 double beds, curtains, desk, dressers, lamps & fan. Room does not need any other furniture. Prefer roommate with not too many things since there is no extra storage.

Roommate will also have their own big private bathroom with a bathtub & shower & lots of space, cabinets & drawers.

The condo is huge at 1257 sqft with a large living room, several couches, dining room, kitchen, fireplace, BBQ & big private balcony. Multiple washers & dryers are just down the hall & very cheap. Roommates will have access to the entire condo & all building facilities with free parking on the street.

The condo is in a really quiet building in a safe neighborhood near Gelson’s Market. It also has large pool, gym & sauna & is walking distance to many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants & shops on Santa Monica Blvd., Melrose Ave & the Beverly Center. Rent is $1800 + utilities of approximately $150 monthly. The refundable security deposit is $2000 & due with first month's rent of $1800 for a total of $3800 upfront.
