I’m Carter, an 18-year-old college student relocating from Mobile, Alabama to the New Jersey/NYC area for school in early 2027. I’m on a very tight budget, so I’m looking for a roommate who understands that I’m still getting established financially.

I can pay my share of rent upfront for move-in, but I’ll need time after relocating to find a job and get settled. I’m serious about becoming financially stable, staying on top of rent, and being a respectful, reliable roommate.
