Johnny graduated from Cornell and is easy going and friendly. Guarang graduated from Columbia and works in tech. Both are looking for a roommate who he can hang out once and a while and be great friends with!
About the apartment: Luxurious riverside apartment with an AMAZING view. Located in battery park with access to 1,2,3, E, R, W trains. Walking distance to FiDi and TriBeCa. Easy access to battery park for outdoor runs. Many great restaurants and bars in the area.
The room is spacious with a big window of a stunning view. If you’re afraid of heights, you might be scared at first but I guarantee you will be back for a second look! Brand new kitchen and bathroom. We also have upscale amenities and gym (extra $17/month after splitting 3 ways). There’s a roof terrace, private outdoor pool during the summer, and 24/7 doorman to receive your amazon packages. Laundry in the building!! Oh and we have already covered internet!
