Large Sunfilled Room in 1930s West Hollywood House

THE ROOM

I'm offering a beautiful, bright 35m2/375sqf room in LA/West Hollywood (Sunset and N Fairfax). The room has hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, A/C, four windows, a fireplace with gas, a large wardrobe, a really large desk, a king size bed with night table and a sofa with coffee table.

THE HOUSE

The room is in a large house with a stunning and cozy garden that has large trees, including a lemon tree ripe with lemons, BBQ area and outdoor furniture. I did in fact even install a discoball with an engine in the trees before my departure, which works perfectly.

SITUATION

The room is available from immediately and timing of sublease is flexible. My flatmates are amazing, yet you’ll probably barely see each other, and the house has a really cozy vibe, perfect for this period where you'll probably be home a lot. There is also parking on the property. Video and photos don’t show the large desk.

OPTIONAL EN-SUITE BATHROOM

There is also the option to have an en-suite bathroom through another room that we usually rent out independently - my room has a connecting door to a smaller room, and that smaller room has its own bathroom. Additional rent to be discussed for that scenario.
