I work in nightlife and teach at a pole dance studio, like animals, I cook a lot, and I am not home a lot because of the work hustle. I want to fill the apartment with plants so hopefully you enjoy plants. I am in the process of adopting a boa constrictor (she will be working with me so she will be friendly obviously) and while she will not be free roaming around the apartment, ideally you are not scared of her.
I am trying to do a communal living situation in which we share meals, have movie nights, and hang out as friends!
420 Friendly, but no smoking inside (balcony or fire escape ok). No cigarette smokers at all, the smell can trigger migraines. I drink socially and do not do drugs harder than weed.

Bedstuy Communal Living
The Apartment: Rent is $900/month+utilities and one month deposit. *You would need to apply to be on the lease.* The apartment is a 4th floor walk up (every day is leg day!), has laundry in the basement, roof access, and a balcony! Pet Friendly, no couples. Located by the Flushing ave JMZG trains and plenty of buses. There is a pharmacy next door, tons of options on Seamless, two big grocery stores within walking distance, nightlife and bars nearby too!
The Rooms: Both are $900 plus utilities (its like 50-70 for all of them). One room has two closets and is slightly smaller, the other is slightly bigger but has one closet. Both fit Full beds and have big windows. If you have minimal furniture its perfect because I have most of the communal stuff.

Social but doesn't bring the party home (small parties/social gatherings totally cool but let me know ahead of time) LGBTQ+ Friendly, hates Tr*mp, Not sexist/racist/homophobic/etc.
