Looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home? I’m a 38-year-old remote professional looking for a clean, respectful, and dog-loving roommate to share my space. A little about me: I'm a bit of a nerd who loves reading, catching movies, and playing competitive slowpitch softball. Since I work from home, I keep things pretty laid back, balanced, and organized.

The Room & Space:
Your Private Space: A private bedroom and your own dedicated guest bathroom.

Shared Living: This is your home, too! You are fully welcome to relax in the living room, use the main TV, and use the shared common areas freely.

Outdoor & Parking: Enjoy a great backyard complete with a swimming pool, plus a long driveway with plenty of hassle-free parking.

The Pack (Must Love Dogs!):
I have 6 friendly huskies who have free-roam access to the house and backyard. They are super sweet, well-behaved, and generally quiet—though they do like to "talk" a bit around breakfast and dinner time! Because of the pack size, loving dogs is an absolute non-negotiable.

House Rules & Guest Policy:
Guests: You are welcome to have friends over and host overnight guests on occasion.
Smoking/Vaping: No cigarette smoking anywhere on the property. Vaping and 420 are completely fine outdoors in the backyard only—just please clean up after yourself and keep all products strictly out of reach of the dogs.
