Master Bedroom in Gorgeous Larchmont Village Home

Hi! I currently live with one of my best friends in a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in Larchmont Village with one of the cutest private backyards you’ll ever see. However, he’s leaving at the end of November for the East Coast, so I’m looking to fill the master bedroom in the house.

This home is an oasis, and I’m really looking to find the right fit for a roommate to make this place continue to feel like home.

The monthly rent for the Master Bedroom will be $2600 + gas / electric.

A little bit about me:

I’m a gay, vegan, Jewish photographer, marketer and designer. I am very social but also am a total couch potato and love to be home a lot. I like to use the house to host lots of events and Shabbat dinners with friends (I’m not religious), so that should be okay with you.

A little bit about you (ideally):
- Don’t work from home
- Gay men preferred
- Nice people only
- Are fine with having people over the house once in a while
- Don’t cook a lot of meat in the house
- Very responsible and always pay rent on time

About the house & room:
1923 California bungalow in prime location on a peaceful, tree-lined street. It has a living room with a tile fireplace, a dining area, an office nook, a kitchen, a primary ensuite bedroom (which is what I’m renting out), a guest bedroom with full bath, and washer & dryer. Features one of the cutest backyards ever, fully fenced yard, hardwood floors, central AC & heat & full-home water filtration system. Quick walk to Larchmont Village, Paramount Studios, close to Melrose, Bev Hills, W. Hollywood & DTLA.

The Master Bedroom has an attached full bathroom, and has tons of storage space.
