I have a very large 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with a split plan and want to rent out the 13 x 16' bedroom and full bath. Beautiful neighborhood (I was in country before, but really like it here!) Tons of sidewalks and green spaces. My apt faces the back of property and is very private, but close to people. All my neighbors are super friendly and nice. I feel very safe (I walk my dog at all hours within our complex and not afraid) Apartment is about 1200/1300 sq ft. Huge walk in closets, great maintenance teams, many huge windows, no partying that i have seen.
Beautiful pool, great gym, car wash when warm, ohh and huge shopping center across street.
South Charlotte, near Ballentyne, but mere minutes to 485 to commute to downtown.
$1000 including utilities, available immediately. Prefer mature female with good sense of humor, a long term roomate (6 to 14 months) Would be great.
