Separate bedroom and bathroom in Congress Park

I live in a spacious apartment in the Congress Park neighborhood. Street parking has always been easy and I’ve never heard of issues with break ins in the area — the area overall is residential in between parks with families around the corner.

The unit has all standard amenities including AC, laundry in unit, and a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are separate for extra privacy. This room for rent has its own bathroom. I will have some furniture in the living room, but my roommate who is leaving will be taking some too so I’ll be planning to either buy more or accommodate if you have furniture you’d like to bring.

This bedroom is big enough for a bed and a desk. It has a relatively wide closet next to it. If there are concerns on having enough space, I’m happy to share the other storage options in the apartment and garage.

I like to keep things organized and clean but am not super strict. Just clean enough. The kitchen is really spacious with tons of counter space. I have tons of plants and the apartment has several windows which bring in lots of light.

I’m hoping to find a roommate who we can at least be somewhat of a friend. Thanks for reading!
