Hi!!

My name is Grace, and I recently graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Biological Sciences. I am going to begin working at the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center as a research technician in a research laboratory in July. I am holding this position for 2 years before applying to MD/PhD programs (hopefully at UNC!).

I am tidy without being obsessive over everything being perfect. We all have busy lives so I'll never get mad over a few dishes. I will be working full-time so I will be out of the house weekdays, and when I am home I'd describe myself as very quiet. I do like my alone time, but after I get to know someone I love to talk and hang out. Because I am new to the area, a roommate who is also my friend would be huge.

I am a movie enthusiast and I love staying in, watching movies or shows, and hanging out on the couch. I also love nightlife - seeing local bands, hitting up spots, and having a side-quest night. I'd say I'm the type of person who "matches your energy" - I myself am pretty quiet, but if I meet an extrovert, I can definitely get out of my shell!

I do not typically drink outside of social occasions and I do not smoke/vape. I am sadly allergic to cats (sorry!) and I am okay with pets, as long as they respect my part of the space as well.
