I am open to negotiation regarding any specific requirements you may have. However, I request that all shared areas be kept clean after use. For instance, if a spill occurs while using the stove, I request immediate cleanup rather than postponing it for the next day. Dishes should be washed after each use, and any hair on the bathroom floor or tub should be cleaned up post-use. Laundry should be completed and finished before each session. Please do not leave clothes in the washer or dryer.

• Roommate Requirements:
- Only one occupant; no couples or pets)
- Month-to-month arrangement
- Must be clean and tidy
- Absolutely no drug use; occasional gatherings are acceptable
- Overnight guests will be limited to prevent freeloading
- Dividing household duties and chores is essential.
