Hi! I’m looking for 1–2 roommates to sign a lease and fill rooms in a 3 bed / 2 bath house in the Highlands area.

Move-in would be around 3/15, with flexibility through 3/31. I’ve narrowed it down to a few great options and can share details and photos!

About me:

• 30, work in People Ops (hybrid — 2/3 days in office)

• lived In Denver ~8 years

• Friendly, easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces

• Social but also value downtime

• Love outdoor activities (walks, hiking, paddleboarding), workout classes, and trying new restaurants/bars

• I have a 6-year-old mini goldendoodle (15 lbs, non-shedding) — very friendly and well-behaved

Looking for:

• 1–2 roommates to fill rooms and share a beautiful space!

• Budget: $1,300 or less per person

• People who are friendly and open to occasional hangs (dinners, chats, etc.) but also comfortable doing their own thing
