Hey! My name is Hope, I’m 23 and just graduated from a five year architecture program at NC State! My job starts early July so a July 1 move-in is the latest I can do. I will be working in Gowanus Brooklyn, but want to live in lower manhattan (ideally anything below 34th st and close to the F/6 train) My budget is around $1300 w a max of $1500. I would love to be friends with my roommates to explore the city together- I love to shop, try new restaurants (I’m a big foodie), coffee shops, bars, do workout classes and go out!! I like to have a balance between being social and chill time at home.
