Heya, I'm JC (he/him); Latino, currently living in the Bronx. Have lived in NYC for most of my life and looking to move out for the first time; figured I'd give this a try. :)

Semi-introverted and tend to keep to myself with some editing projects or some gaming, but am usually up for hanging/going out occasionally, and would def love having movie/game nights. Also enjoy working out when I can, going out to see the city, watching animé/other TV shows and movies, the occasional concert (bonus points for being into alt/indie rock!) and being politically active (tend to do some leftist organizing with NYC-DSA). I also work from home two of five weekdays with my 8:30-5:30 job.

Ideal roomie would be somewhere around my age (give or take a few years if we click), fun but not necessarily bring the party home, help keep things tidy/be conscious of each other's space, and otherwise just be a solid person--getting on really well would definitely be a plus, ofc. Also LGBT+ or LGBT+-friendly.

Ideally would like to be in Astoria or Sunnyside, but somewhat open to some Manhattan/Brooklyn areas too depending lol (trying to be within a one/two-seat or 30-40-minutes-max commute to the Penn Station area). Let's see how things go!
