One Bedroom Available in Two-Bedroom Apartment (NO FEE)

I am moving out of the 2-bedroom apartment I currently share with my roommate, Emily, and looking to sublet my room for the duration of our lease (through August 2021). This listing is for 1 room in a 2-bedroom apartment. Emily will be staying in the apartment.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
- Light-filled two-bedroom apartment on second floor (only 4 apartments in the entire building)
- Bedroom is extremely spacious (My room has a queen-sized bed, desk, dresser, and two additional pieces of furniture and it's very comfortable)
- Dishwasher and microwave in kitchen
- Laundry in basement
- You get 1 HUGE closet (see picture)
- Security pad to let visitors in
- Cats allowed

The monthly rent for your room is $1,175 (monthly rent for our 2-bedroom apartment is $2,350). My landlord requires the following:
- A combined annual income of $94,000 (your income + Emily's income)
- Good credit
- Income verification (previous month paystub, employer verification letter, 1 prior month's bank statement, and last year's tax return)

Emily has one cat, so you must be okay with cats. If you have a cat or two of your own, she is okay with this as well. The apartment is in a great location -- near the F/G line, grocery stores and delis, and less than a mile from prospect park. This apartment is available as soon as possible.
