We are a married couple looking for a roommate to fill in the 2nd bedroom of our current apartment. Along with the price of rent, and access to all common areas, the tenant will also pay 1/3 of all utilities (unless there is more than 1 person, then utilities will be split equally among the number of people in the house. Our home is cozy, we pretty much keep to ourselves because we work a lot. We have 1 dog (a pug who is very well behaved and gets along with other pets). We only ask that you respect the common space (cleanliness is a big factor) and be courteous of loud noises if we have early mornings. Any other questions please feel free to ask!!
