Roommate Wanted for North Austin Condo

One room available with a walk-in closet and shared bathroom in a two-story condo. We are looking for an September 1st move-in and at least six months stay length plus two months notice for move out. Rent is $650 plus a split of utilities (electricity, internet, cleaning, etc) that should average $250. We also need a $400 deposit and a $150 nonrefundable pet deposit if you have one.

We are two working professional women in their mid to late thirties, looking for someone chill, considerate, and friendly who is also fully vaccinated. We are okay with pets, except for cats, due to allergy issues.

You will have a covered parking space and the complex comes with a pool and tennis court. The condo is a new purchase and is a work in progress, but everything works.
