Listing is for one room!! Hi everyone! I have a room for rent in a 4 bed 3 bathroom house in the Southglenn area. The room is $775 with utilities and internet included $200 deposit, month to month. The house shares a full bathroom with one other person. The house is pretty big, nice neighborhood, large yard we have two refrigerators large kitchen so even though there are multiple people it’s not super crowded. The house is a Roomate situation with people in their l20’s -early 30’s. 420 friendly pretty chill everyone kinda keeps to them selves. Looking for Roomates with a full time job that don’t work remotely ( house can be loud during the days) every one works weekdays here so looking for somone with a similar schedule. There is one dog and one cat at the house, prefer no other animals. Looking to fill ASAP please only contact if your move date is this week,maybe next week at the latest!
