Available Room for Rent

3 Bedroom apartment!

In regards to the apartment, its a 3 bed room place, the building has a game room, gym, pool, rooftop grills, a bunch of entertaining areas, its a super cute place and right down the street from the beach but far enough so you're not always in the middle of everything!! The pier and 3rd street promenade are literally a 10 min walk!

I have two roommates. I share a bathroom with one of my roommates, but she's leaving too so you'll have it to yourself! and my other roommate is going home for the summer so basically the place is yours for most of the time!

All our furniture is still here since we don't know what we're doing with it yet. For my room furniture i'm selling it so if that is something you'd be interested in please let me know. (or potentially "renting" it from me).
