Hello! My name is Sali and I own a 2 story 3 bedroom house in Garland Texas. My boyfriend and I have been together almost 4 years and we live together in our home. I am looking for a female tenant to rent our spare bedroom and spare private bathroom. We are huge animal lovers…. We have 2 cats and a dog indoors, as well as an outdoor dog. We have almost an acre of land in space so the animals spend a lot of time outdoors. The ideal tenant would be mid to late twenties or older with constant income, or a career professional or student who has consistent income. We are both very easy to get along with. We respect personal space and peoples private lives. We value cleanliness in our home and well as quiet times. We were both raised to treat people how we want to be treated.

House is 2 stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. 2 car garage (1/2 will be for you) as well as a huge backyard on the property. House is less than 5 a minute drive from lake Ray Hubbard. Our area of the metroplex is green and spacious. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet with kind and curiosity neighbors.
Our home includes a full kitchen with stainless steel gas appliances, a living room equipped with a fireplace, a washer and dryer and many widows throughout the bottom floor that bring in lots of natural lighting. Both floors of the house are wood and wood tile. No carpet, which makes for easy cleaning. There is a half bathroom downstairs that is for guests and shared use.
Both bedrooms that are available for rent have closets, windows, air vents and ceiling fans. They are right alongside the private hallway bathroom. One bedroom is a bit small. It was intended to be a kids room or office. The other bedroom is regular sized and spacious. We are currently only looking to rent out one room.
