Hi, my name is Sabrina-Blue but I go by Blue. My mom is going to be messaging you as well on my behalf her name is Ellen Wilson. Here’s a little bit about me. I’m on odsp and I’m in a wheelchair only when I go outside I am capable of doing stairs but I would need somewhere that I can put it and charge it overnight it can be outside. I also have a registered ptsd service dog I have all her paperwork and vet records she is with me all day every day everywhere I go I have to bring her with me. Shes very good with other dogs and cats. Would that be possible for that to happen
I also am getting a referral for a caregiver that would come to help me with daily stuff. They would be there for a couple hours a day to support me with daily chores and if I have appointments they would go with me. I’m very independent and I am usually out for the most of the days. Somedays my health flares up and on those days I’m usually in pain so I usually just take a day to rest and I don’t go out much. I only go out for dog walks and to go to get my daily medications.
