Almost 200 sqft room with private bathroom. Available January 1 or after; lease ends 5/31/22. Less than a 5 minute walk to Ellsworth Federal subway station (but I'm a fast walker).
About the house: There is a roof deck with a really cool view of the city. Big kitchen, back patio and finished basement. I would be the single full time housemate, with another around on weekends rarely. Looking to redecorate the common space so would love to go in on that task with someone else who enjoys furniture and interior decoration.
