I am an easy going person who needs a new roomate for 2025/2026. I am gone a decent amount going on the road and spending time at my parents on Saturday/Sunday. I’m not a clean freak but like keeping the place orderly. I work from home on Monday/Friday and some times on Tuesday. I play softball, video games, paint, and hike. I am more of a night owl so in bed around midnight. I need some who is similar in how I operate so that there isn’t unnecessary friction. 2 Bed apartment near Logan Square. It’s on the 3rd floor and has wonderful lighting from the start to the end of the day. The location is fantastic with Kosciuszko (Thaddeus) Park a half block away with a Dog Park,Soccer Field,Tennis, and park district swimming pool. The 303 Bike trail is a couple blocks away that give you access into the downtown area. There is a Cermak grocery store,Aldis, and Binnys down the street along with countless great restaurants. The apartment is also down the street from Milwaukee Ave that gives you countless amazing bars, restaurants, dance halls, and shopping. The location is also a couple blocks from the highway that gives you access to downtown and the suburbs. The apartment is furnished besides the room being rented. I can acclimated wall art and the kitchen.
