You would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one female roommate. The room can come furnished with queen bed if you want. The house is really clean with a huge kitchen and a backyard. There is both parking in the driveway and on street and a washer and dryer inside. Neighborhood is quiet and pretty close to metro/91, 105, and 605 freeways. The Space
We love our home! Renovated in late 2018, everyone has their own bedroom, two of us share one bathroom, and the other two share the other bathroom. The pictures of the room show a queen bed, two nightstand tables, and a desk - the room can come furnished with these items or unfurnished. We have a large kitchen and nice backyard. Washer/dryer in the garage, AC throughout the house, and plentiful parking (driveway or street). The neighborhood is quiet, very friendly, and we frequently see neighbors out walking their dogs. Our home is located close to the 91, 105, and 605 freeways.
