Looking for a roommate for a place in a neighborhood closer to the city preferably RiNo, 5 Points, Union Station, LoHi etc. Recently got a job up in Westminster that I commute to most work days, so during work hours I’ll typically be out of the place. Will likely transition to around 50/50 wfh after a few months. I’m easygoing and chill, will be respectful of shared spaces in an apartment.

I enjoy sports, working out, and being outdoors. New to Colorado, so I’m looking forward to exploring everything it has to offer.

Looking to start a lease around June 1 as I'll be out of my short term rental around then but I can be flexible depending on your situation.
