Both bedrooms are located on the top (3rd) floor (stairs), and receives great daytime light, has ample closet space, and a private balcony. Rooms are big enough to comfortably fit a queen size bed, desk, dresser, etc. Private bathroom on the same floor that has plenty of storage space. The common areas of the house (2nd floor) include the kitchen and living room (pre-furnished), and a patio/balcony. In unit washer/dryer (lower level). Ample street parking is available.

I live on the ground floor. Here is a little information about me. I am a 30 year old male artist/photographer and I work full time during the week in a professional photo studio. Because of my work hours I am early to bed and early to rise, and would appreciate the same in my roommates. During my free time I like to work on my art, go to galleries/museums, and on occasion have a lazy Sunday hanging out at home. I am a big fan of public transport and love to stay active by riding my bike. I keep the house clean and tidy and would expect the same from roommates.

I keep a very low key vibe in the house, mostly doing my own thing, but am glad to catch up in the kitchen when we're around. Everyone does their part to maintain the common areas.
