Private room is available with a bathroom in this 1,653 sq. ft. home in Bordeaux. We have walk-in closets, a small patio, central AC, dishwasher, cable/Internet, garage parking, etc. Good parking where visitors can also park. Utilities -PG&E and Comcast Cable are approximately $100 per month. Water, sewage, Wi-Fi internet, and parking are all included in the rent! There is a guest room available to guests as well with ample notice,

The Location:

The home is located in the Orchard Walk (new construction) neighborhood, 3641 Hydes Ferry Rd and just minutes from the city. We have all the amenities of living in the city without having to worry about parking or a big commute.

The Roommate:

Early 30s male. Very into working out, yoga, running on the greenway, relaxing with friends, and quiet study time after 8pm on weekdays.

You:

Looking for a respectful, social, kind (male or female) roommate who is responsible about rent and bills. Perfect for a grad student or a young professional who does not party late or let people sleep over without a roommate’s permission.

When:

The room will be available on November 1st, for a 12-month lease. I would ideally like to have a new roommate add on to the lease and sign by mid-October.
