Hi! I'm Jay, 30 (pushing 31), living in Williamsburg and work in tech sales. Work-wise, I travel quite a bit - probably 2-3 days a week - and otherwise work from home or a coffeeshop. I love the massive and new apartment I live in and seeing as my roommate is leaving soon to live his girlfriend, I refuse to give it up.
When I'm around during the week, I'm usually at the gym, unwinding with some Netflix and wine, or if it's the weekend - heading out with friends on the weekends to hit up dive bars, live music, and occasionally comedy shows. I have a great group of friends in Brooklyn and Manhattan and always looking to make more.

This apartment is an amazing 2/2 in the heart of Williamsburg, right off the Lormer L / Metropolitan G, with a massive living room, Washer/Dryer in unit, and newly finished bathrooms and kitchen.
The building is a boutique elevator building with only 12 apartments (2 per floor) with a small rooftop with amazing views of the city. Honestly, I stumbled upon this gem of an apartment and never want to let it go...
Current roommate is a close friend of mine, leaving at the end of May to live with his girlfriend, can be flexible with the move in.
