I am a Christian man, friendly helpful and kind. I don’t mind doing chores around the house, I’m retired but I do a lot of things, go to church, go to the gym, go out to eat into the movies, baseball games basketball games visit my daughter and grandson camping and fishing. I’m also a musician but only practice when nobody’s home. i’m looking for a decent room with the bathroom private or not. First if possible but not necessary. Can handle month-to-month rent easily.
