My name is Asha Bluett. I am single, 47yr old, empty nester. I do pop ups at night clubs and unique businesses around the city in locations in Ponce City, Piedmont, The Underground, and Buckhead. On average I bring in around $4000-$6000 a month through my pop up, and I am still an active real estate broker. I may get a property management client or broker a real estate transaction through my real estate firm.
My income can be verified through my bank statements, but I don’t have pay stubs. My credit score took a hit ending a relationship earlier this year, but I am working my way out of that debt. I’m responsible, quiet, and clean. I just need a space to regroup that is convenient to where I make my money. I would be open to a long term lease paid weekly or monthly.
