I am a former feature length documentary film producer and story consultant. I have been painting full time since 2020. I am looking for a roommate who is quiet but friendly. Mature. Funny. Grounded. Liberal. Intelligent. Well read and educated. Age 40+. I have a small lovable dog. I do have a separate studio space in the East Village, but would also consider renting two bedrooms in a three bedroom unit and using one bedroom as a studio. I am returning to New York after 30 years. Coming home I would prefer to have a friendly but independent relationship. It would be nice to create a sense of home together.
