Your part: 2BD/1BA (front half of house) for $1550/mo (utilities not included - to be split in 1/2). Move-in negotiable for as soon as 8/1 or as late as 9/1. I’m moving from out-of-state and so excited to live in this house! While I haven’t seen the house in person, my friend fully checked it out in person and I toured the house virtually with her over FaceTime. Everything in the house is in good shape and the landlords (a couple with 2 kids) seem awesome! Some features of the house include 2 living room spaces, heat/AC, kitchen with up-to-date appliances, front porch, back patio / yard, 1-car garage for storage. I’ll be furnishing the back living room space and bringing almost all kitchen items. **LANDLORD’S RULES (non-negotiable):** no pets (sadly), no marijuana, no smoking.
About you: looking for easy-going, friendly, clean roommate who will respect common spaces and is also fully vaxxed/boosted for COVID. Female or male roommate ok. Common interests are a plus!
