Hi there! 3 bedrooms available ($1000 each/month) in a 4 bedroom duplex in Hell's Kitchen (44th St between 9th and 10th Ave).
Rooms available Oct 1 (or sooner if needed!). Must be willing to sign for 1 year, have good credit and make at least 40x the room rent (roughly around $40,000 per year).
ABOUT THE APT/ROOMS
- 2 floors; all 3 bedrooms avail on the same floor with a shared living room and bathroom
- Room sizes: 8.5x13, 9x12, 8.5x10
- The rooms all fit a full size bed, have a window, closet and ample room for dressers
- Apartment is fully furnished except the bedrooms
- Great location in Midtown with everything you'd need within blocks (grocery store, laundry, restaurants, bars)
