Hi! I am 30 years old, laid back, friendly and a clean roommate. I work a typical 9-6 job in public relations and enjoy working out, yoga, traveling (those were the days!), and catching up on the finer things in life like Real Housewives over a glass of wine.
I am looking for roommates to fill the rooms in my Hell's Kitchen duplex. I have lived here for 9 years and looking to sign another year lease. The landlord just lowered the rent from $1,200/month to $1,000/month for each room. It's truly a GEM for the cost and location.

Hi there! 3 bedrooms available ($1000 each/month) in a 4 bedroom duplex in Hell's Kitchen (44th St between 9th and 10th Ave).
Rooms available Oct 1 (or sooner if needed!). Must be willing to sign for 1 year, have good credit and make at least 40x the room rent (roughly around $40,000 per year).
ABOUT THE APT/ROOMS
- 2 floors; all 3 bedrooms avail on the same floor with a shared living room and bathroom
- Room sizes: 8.5x13, 9x12, 8.5x10
- The rooms all fit a full size bed, have a window, closet and ample room for dressers
- Apartment is fully furnished except the bedrooms
- Great location in Midtown with everything you'd need within blocks (grocery store, laundry, restaurants, bars)
- WiFi, cable and electric bills split monthly between the four roommates (between $65-85 each/month)
- Apt located on the 1st floor of the building (always quiet as we're in the back of the building not street side!)
