My name is Chelsea and I am looking for someone to take over my part of a lease. I simply cannot afford this apartment anymore and need to find someone to take over. The apartment is 2 bed 2 bath with walk in closet. Current roommate is staying is 24, female, a veteran, student, works as a nanny, as 2 great dogs that are house trained and well mannered. Internet is included in rent. Looking for someone to move in 12/26 or sooner. Only thing you have to pay for up front is a $50 application fee. Rent is $670 and renters insurance that’s already set up is $9 a month. Apartment is very nice with updated appliances and washer/ dryer in unit.
