Ideal for a student or full-time care worker. I am looking for a quiet, clean, respectful person to share my house with. Rental value of $850.00 is reduced to $600.00 to compensate for domestic responsibilities, including as needed vacuuming, floor washing, dusting, kitchen, washroom with walk-in shower, powder room, small garden and other miscellaneous light duties.
