Looking for a guy to take over one of the bedrooms in our 3 bed 3 bath, in Sawtelle. 1518 Federal Avenue. The whole apartment is around 1,300 SQF and we face the federal avenue side, so less noise.
You would have your own room and personal bathroom. My friend and I are super chill, like to have fun, and have a good friend group.
15-20 minutes from the beach and tons of food options around. Ralphs and Trader Joes less than 5 minutes away, and a gym right under our building.
The room will be completely cleared out, but you can see in the video that it is very spacious.
Rent is $1,563 + utilities. We try to keep the AC off as much as possible which helps a lot with the electricity bills. Yes we have laundry in unit🎉🤯
