Roommate Wanted – Fully Furnished Studio Near Vanderbilt University (Available from August)

Hi everyone!
My name is Danish, and I'm currently an MBA student at Vanderbilt Owen, starting my second year this August. I'm looking for one roommate to join my lease and share my fully furnished studio apartment, starting August.

🚶 Just a 10–12 minute walk from Vanderbilt University

💰 Rent & Utilities
Total monthly rent: $1,380
This already includes Valet Trash ($35) and Pest Control ($7).
Your share of the rent will be $690/month.
* Electricity (NES) is billed separately and is typically around $60/month total, so your share would usually be around $30/month.

* Studio apartment (504 sq. ft.)
* Located on Level 2
* Fully furnished by myself and move-in ready

* Comfortable bed and living setup ( just need an extra Mattresses)
* Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, and appliances
* I've already purchased almost everything needed for the apartment, and I'm happy to share it all with my roommate.

A Little About Me:
I'm someone who keeps a structured and disciplined routine. I usually wake up around 5 AM to pray and begin my day. After that, I head to the Vanderbilt Rec Center for my workout before going to work (currently for my internship). During my second year, my routine will be very similar with classes, so I'm generally out of the apartment throughout the day and usually return around 6:00 - 7:00 PM sometimes early.

Because of my schedule, you'll have plenty of personal space during the day. Also, I'll be traveling to India from Thanksgiving (In November) through mid-January, so during that time you'll essentially have the apartment to yourself while continuing to pay your share of the rent.

I'm a simple, respectful, and easygoing person who values a peaceful living environment. I take pride in keeping my apartment clean and organized - the photos I've shared are exactly how I maintain it every day. I'm looking for someone who appreciates a neat and tidy home and will help keep our shared space the same way.

I also love cooking and cook regularly. If you don't cook much, that's completely fine - I'm always happy to teach you a few recipes!

Who I'm Looking For:
My preference is a Vanderbilt student, since our schedules and lifestyle may naturally align, but I'm absolutely open to connecting with anyone who is:
