Hi! I'm looking for a roommate for my two bed, one bath apt in prime Gramercy location. I’ve lived in the apartment for almost 5 years and my current roommate is moving out to get her own place. A little about me/lifestyle: I’m pretty busy during the week with work/work out classes/happy hour etc and will get home anytime between 6 - 9 to cook (sometimes) and relax with some wine. I like having friends over for drinks before going out on the weekend -- But will always give you a heads up (especially if I'm having someone over to hang during the week). I'm very clean and really appreciate a roommate who helps with cleaning the communal areas. Two Bedroom, One Bath in Gramercy
Hi! I'm looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in my two bed, one bath apartment in Gramercy. The apartment is in the back of the building (quiet space) on the first floor (no stairs!) of a pre-war walk up. High ceilings throughout. There's a separate kitchen with a high top table for extra cooking space/eating and relatively spacious bathroom (by NYC standards). The living room is fully furnished with a couch, chair, lovesac, coffee table, and TV mounted on the wall. Happy to incorporate addition decorations with my new roommate. The open bedroom has a window and a closet with a good amount of storage space. Fits a double bed comfortably or a queen bed. I'm very allergic to cats so unfortunately cannot accommodate any roommates with a cat -- I am allergic to some dogs but I also love dogs so if you have one, I'd like to meet him/her and see how I feel before moving in.
