We’re two good friends who have lived in this apartment since August 2021. We’re pretty standard guys who love sports, video games, good music, and hanging out with our friends. We do enjoy going out to local bars and having friends over for games, parties, and other celebrations. We work together to keep the apartment clean, each of us does their part in equal contribution and we expect the same from the person joining us. We are looking for a roommate to join us for a 1 year lease in our Lower East Side apartment.
