$600 Room for Rent in Sharpsburg, PA

Hi there! I’m a 21-year-old gay guy, and my roommate is a 28-year-old straight woman. We’re currently renting an apartment and have a vacant room we’re looking to fill. We've been here for 3 months, and our lease runs through the end of March 2027.

We’re friendly, clean, and respectful of privacy. We’re hoping to find someone between the ages of 18-40, ideally female, but we’re open to all respectful, responsible individuals.

The room costs $600 per month, which includes all utilities. Rent is due a few days before the first of each month, paid directly to me to ensure timely payment of the landlord.

- Nearby laundromat (a few blocks away)

Please note, there’s no laundry on-site.

If you’re interested in joining us, there’s a $433 security deposit payable to me. If we receive the deposit back from our landlord at the end of our lease, you will get yours back as well.

To move forward, you would need to complete a $30 Zillow application so the landlord can review your contact info and include you in the lease. Once approved, we’ll all sign the lease electronically.
